These terms apply to your use of ukcarbuyers.co.uk, operated by UK Car Buyers, a trading name of L.A Motors.

Valuations and offers

Any price or estimate we provide based on photos and information you supply is an indication only and is not a binding contract. Any final offer is subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an offer if the vehicle’s condition, mileage or details differ materially from what was described.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that the information and photos you provide are accurate and that you are the legal owner of the vehicle (or authorised to sell it).
• You are responsible for providing the V5C logbook and any relevant documentation at the point of sale.
• You must ensure any outstanding finance on the vehicle is disclosed to us.

Sale and collection

A sale is only concluded once the vehicle has been inspected, a final price agreed and payment arranged. Ownership and responsibility for notifying the DVLA transfer in accordance with the arrangements made at collection.
